Race Rehearsals (2 dates)
The race rehearsals will go over race preparation and a bike to run and run to bike transition practice. The practice is to familiarize the athlete with the race conditions and help them learn what it is like on race day.
This event is hosted by the Pasadena Tri Club and there will be experienced triathletes on site to help with the bike and run and answer any questions that you may have.
February 16th (postponed from Feb. 2nd due to rain) 1:00pm – 2:30pm Lot K (in front of the Rose Bowl on the west side)
February 23rd 1:00pm – 2:30pm Lot K (in front of the Rose Bowl on the west side)
What to Expect: There will be a 15 minute talk about preparing for your race day, followed by the bike/run practice session. PLEASE BE ON TIME.
What to Bring: This is a race rehearsal. You will need your bike, bike helmet, bike shoes and running shoes. Please make sure that your tires are pumped up and that your bike gears work. You should wear what you will be wearing race day and/or clothes that you can bike and run in.
Intro to Triathlon
The Intro to Tri will cover the basics of Triathlon with a focus on the Pasadena Triathlon.

Pasadena Triathlon Club is hosting these events. We’ll talk about the in’s and out’s of transition area for the bike portion and run portion of the triathlon. You’ll actually try it out. Practice make perfect!
