When: Sunday, February 26, 2023 from 1:00 – 2:00 PM
Where: Lot K (in front of the Rose Bowl on the west side)
What to bring: Your bike, helmet, running shoes and water. There will be bike racks set up for your bike just like it will be on race day.
Info: We will start at 1:00pm with a brief talk about the race and then there will be a practice ride and run session.

2023 Swim Clinic – PAST EVENT
When: Saturday, January 28th at 2:00 PM
Where: Rose Bowl Aquatics Center Pool (360 North Arroyo Blvd.)
Hours: 2:05 PM to 4 PM
Parking: Lot I
Who: All levels are welcome
What to expect: The purpose of the clinic is to welcome participants to the facility in hopes of helping them prepare for their upcoming event.
Check in will begin at 2 PM. We will start with a 15 minute overview of the event course, transition, layout, etc. After the overview, we will spend 10-15 minutes on evaluating skill levels and dividing participants into beginner, intermediate and advanced groups. Once split up, participants will have a 45-60 minute workout to learn swimming techniques that will assist them in completing the swimming portion of the Triathlon. After the workout, an RBAC representative and several coaches will be available to answer questions.
How to sign up: The clinic is free but participants will be required to register for the event in Active and fill out a waiver form prior to the event. Participants can register for the event by emailing the following information to [email protected]
